two years ago at the age of 38 and 1 day i was very ill for about 3 days then went to the docs.. i was immediately sent to hospital were i spent the next 5 days having been told i had suffered a silent heart attack.. you can imagine how totally shocked i was.. it took a while to come to terms with and even now sometimes i still wonder why it had to be me.. 2 years later and at the grand old age of 40 life has begun.. two reasons lead to my heart attack smoking and being ober weight.. well giving up smoking was a doddle i hace not looked back but losing weight is another matter.. i lost over a stone in two months then put most back on so now am struggling .. i am slowly losing it but think in total i want to lose about 3 to 4 stone.. so a pound at a time will do as long as it comes off!!! am hoping you guys who understand exactly what i mean will be the encouragement i need and in return hope i can do the same!!
